Taiwan FSC grants 6 licenses to 3rd-party e-payment service operators

Taiwan's Financial Supervisory Commission (FSC) has granted operating licenses to six third-party e-payment services: AllPay, Gash+, E.Sun Bank, Bank of Taiwan, CTBC Bank and Bank SinoPac. Several other banks have also applied for operating licenses, according to FSC.
