Taiwan market: Tsann Kuen pushing Bluetooth technology to advertise and provide mobile payments

Taiwan-based IT retail chain Tsann Kuen will adopt iBeacon technology in its stores nationwide to promote products and provide mobile payment services. iBeacon technology is able to wake the retailers app via Bluetooth as consumers walk into the system's signal coverage.
