Mobile DRAM revenues rise 6% in 3Q14, says DRAMeXchange

Revenues for mobile DRAM reached US$3.46 billion in the third quarter of 2014, up 6% from US$2.27 billion in the second quarter, according to DRAMeXchange. Growth was driven by increased bit output despite a slight decline in ASPs.
