Biostar says Samsung-Nvidia lawsuit not affecting operation

Commenting on Samsung Electronics' complaints to the US International Trade Commission (ITC) against Nvidia and its clients over the Nvidia Shield tablet's alleged violation of eight of Samsung's patents, Biostar Microtech International has claimed that it does not play any role in Shield's manufacturing and Nvidia is an upstream supplier of Biostar.
