Driver handles 750V IGBT gates for automotive

Power Integrations has AEC-Q100 automotive-qualified an isolated gate driver for 750V-rated IGBTs. Called SID1181KQ, the device used the firm’s high-speed FluxLink isolation technology, which is based on bond wires and chip-packaging polymer.
