Hua Hong to intro 3rd-gen super-junction MOSFET process in 1H17

Hua Hong Semiconductor is already engaged in the R&D of its third-generation super-junction MOSFET process platform, which will be introduced to the market globally in the first half of 2017, according to the China-based pure-play foundry.
