IC substrate supplier Kinsus Interconnect Technology has reported net profits of NT$1.23 billion (US$41.09 million) for the second quarter of 2014, increasing 55.4% from a quarter earlier. The earnings translated into an EPS of NT$2.76 for the quarter.
