The SEMI book-to-bill was 1.02 in February.
February bookings were $1.31 billion which is 1.3% lower than the January level of $1.33 billion, and is 1% higher than the February 2014 bookings level of $1.30 billion.
February billings were $1.28 billion. The billings figure is 0.2% lower than the January level of $1.28 billion, and is 0.9% lower than the February 2014 billings level of $1.29 billion.
“Year-to-date bookings and billings for North American semiconductor equipment are higher than last year for the same time period,” says SEMI CEO Denny McGuirk, “the year is off to a good start, with growth in bookings from the back-end sector.”
The last six months b-to-b has been: September 0.94, October 0.93, November 1.02, December 0.99, January 1.04, February 1.02.
