Inotera buys equipment for NT$302 million

DRAM chipmaker Inotera Memories has issued a company filing with the Taiwan Stock Exchange (TSE) announcing the acquisition of factory equipment for NT$302.5 million (US$9.9 million) from Nan Ya Plastics.
