Innolux clarifies Chi Mei Lighting debt issues, looking to secure loan from Taiwan banks

Commenting on one of the Taiwan government-owned banks reportedly having refused to join Innolux's syndicated loan plans because of debt issues at Innolux's ex-affiliate Chi Mei Lighting Technology, Innolux noted that Chi Mei Lighting will be offered for sale at the end of December and, prior to that, Innolux will keep in close contact with the banks.
