Foxconn to cooperate with Alibaba, 21 Vianet to set up Wi-Fi network in southwestern China

Foxconn Electronics, Alibaba and 21 Vianet Group on November 26 jointly signed with the city government of Guiyang, southwestern China, to set up a citywide network of Wi-Fi hot spots to provide free Internet-access services, according to Foxconn.
