China-based vendor Coolpad is cooperating with China Telecom to unveil the Platinum Dayton, a flagship smartphone featuring dual operating systems (OS) for security purposes, for launch initially in the China market at a retail price of over CNY4,000 (US$653) in late November, according to China-based tech.sina.com.
