Gamania Digital obtains 51% stake in Jollywiz Digital

Taiwan-based online game developer and operator Gamania Digital Entertainment on November 3 announced the investment of NT$130 million (US$4.28 million) to acquire a 51% stake in Jollywiz Digital Tech, a Taiwan-based e-commerce operator to sell merchandise for partnering brands and help clients sell own-brand products on online shopping platforms in the China market, with the investment intended for Gamania to step into e-commerce business operations.
