Taiwan market: Asia Pacific Telecom to start 4G operations in 4Q14, says CNA

Asia Pacific Telecom, one of the six next-generation (4G) mobile communication licensees in Taiwan, will begin commercial operations in the fourth quarter of 2014, the Central News Agency (CNA) cited the company as indicating.
