TeraSolar Energy Materials sees booming orders for laser process equipment

Taiwan-based TeraSolar Energy Materials has obtained significant orders for laser process equipment used in PERC (passivated emitter and rear cell) and/or SE (selective emitter) manufacturing technologies to hike energy conversion rates for crystalline silicon solar cells, according to the company.
