North American semiconductor equipment industry posts January 2014 book-to-bill ratio of 1.04, says SEMI

North America-based semiconductor equipment manufacturers posted US$1.28 billion in orders in January 2014 (three-month average basis) and a book-to-bill ratio of 1.04, according to SEMI.
