Connection Technology Systems (CTS), a Taiwan-based maker of fiber-optic networking/communication devices mainly for own-brand sale, will be listing on the local over-the-counter (OTC) bourse at an initial price of NT$42 (US$1.33) per share on April 20, according to the company.
