Taiwan August CPI up, says DGBAS

Taiwan's August 2014 consumer price index (CPI) of 104.85 (2011 as base year) increased by 0.43% on month and by 2.07% on year, while the corresponding wholesale price index (WPI) of 96.58% slipped by 0.37% on month but grew by 0.12% on year, according to the Directorate-General Budget, Accounting and Statistics (DGBAS).
