Taiwan market: TWM to obtain 14.9% stake in Ambit

Taiwan-based 4G mobile communication licenseeTaiwan Mobile (TWM) has announced it will invest NT$2.98 billion (US$99.3 million) to acquire a 14.9% stake in another 4G licensee Ambit Microsystems, and acquire 4G frequency band 728-733MHz (for upload) and 783-788MHz (for download) from Ambit at NT$3.433 billion.
