Lenovo to finish acquisition of IBM server business; still needs 6 months for internal reorganization

Lenovo will finish its acquisition of IBM's x86 server business on October 1 and the deal will see Lenovo become the third-largest server vendor. Some server vendors believe Lenovo will need at least six months after the acquisition to finish reorganizing the two companies' internal structures.
