Semiconductor material suppliers Topco Scientific and Wah Lee Industrial will see their sales momentum continue to the end of 2014, buoyed by the ramping of 28nm and 20nm process products by Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC), according to industry sources.
