Cree accuses Harvatek, Kingbright of patent infringement in US

US-based Cree has filed patent infringement lawsuits with the US District Court for the Western District of Wisconsin against Taiwan-based LED packaging houses Harvatek and Kingbright Electronics, according to the company.
