Chairman Kent Hsu for notebook maker Clevo has signed with the government of New Taipei City, northern Taiwan, to invest NT$5.84 billion (US$195 million) to develop an innovation park in the city based on a BOT (build, operate, transfer) model. The park will consist of a 50-story office/commercial building and a 24-story hotel. Completion is scheduled for August 2019, according to Hsu.
