China turns out 18.0GWp of solar-grade silicon wafers in 1H14, says CPIA

China-based solar-grade crystalline silicon wafer makers recorded a total output of 18.0GWp in the first half of 2014, increasing 20% on year, according to the China Photovoltaic Industry Association (CPIA).
