Taiwan attracts foreign direct investment of nearly US$4 billion in January-October, says MOEA

Taiwan's Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) approved 2,932 foreign direct investment projects (except from China) with a total value of US$3.957 billion in January-October 2014, increasing 12.42% and 0.49% on year, according to MOEA statistics released on November 20.
