Taiwan IC backend production value to rise 4.9% in 2015, says IEK

The production value of Taiwan's IC packaging and testing industry sector is forecast to register increases of 5.7% and 3.2%, respectively, in 2015, according to the government-funded Industrial Economics and Knowledge Center (IEK).
