ASE nets NT$0.58 per share for 1Q15

IC packaging and testing house Advanced Semiconductor Engineering (ASE) has reported net profits of NT$4.47 billion (US$146 million) for the first quarter of 2015, up 30% on year. Net EPS for the quarter came to NT$0.58.
