Hua Hong, eMemory partner to develop MCUs for IoT

Hua Hong Semiconductor and eMemory Technology have jointly announced they will further strengthen their strategic partnership and work together in the field of microcontrollers (MCU), including the extension of their current technology cooperation to the 90nm node and in-depth cooperation in development and production of multiple embedded non-volatile memory solutions, in order to provide complete solutions to the rapidly growing Internet of Things (IoT) market.
