HLMC, MediaTek reportedly in talks about extending cooperation to FinFET chips

High-level executives of 12-inch foundry Shanghai Huali Microelectronics (HLMC) have recently paid a visit to MediaTek to discuss with the Taiwan-based smartphone chip vendor about extending their partnership to FinFET chips, according to industry sources.
