Chunghwa Telecom (CHT) has signed a strategic-alliance agreement with Microsoft for cooperation on Cloud Solution Provider and Cloud OS Network, with CHT responsible for providing Microsoft Office 365 cloud computing services on a rental basis for CHT's enterprise and government subscribers.
