IC testing house STATS ChipPAC Taiwan Semiconductor (SCT), a 52%-hold subsidiary of STATS ChipPAC, will complete its acquisition of STATS ChipPAC Taiwan, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Singapore-based IC assembly and test company, for a total of US$15 million at the end of the second quarter, 2015, according to SCT.
