GET to issue 150 million new shares for private placement

Solar-grade crystalline silicon wafer maker Green Energy Technology (GET) will issue 150 million new shares for private placement for the second time and expects to add NT$2.0-2.5 billion (US$64.3-80.4 million) to its paid-in capital, according to the company.
