EBG expands resistor production in Austria

Resistor manufacturer EBG is expanding its production facility in Austria.

The 1200m sq. manufacturing facility should be completed towards the end of 2015.

EBG said it will move its screen-printing production process to the new facility, which will free up space for new production equipment and for quality control in Kirchbach.

The total production area of both sites will grow by 67%, from 1800 to 3000m sq.

“These investments in St Stefan im Rosental and in Kirchbach will secure the production capacity required for the long term and sustain the high quality of these products,” said the company.

EBG’s range of resistors are sold in the UK through PPM Power.
