Litemax to acquire WynMax

Taiwan-based Litemax Electronics, which makes high-brightness LCD modules for industrial, commercial, medical and transportation applications, on August 24 announced the acquisition of WynMax, a Taiwan-based maker of industrial computing devices, by purchasing a 100% stake in the latter for NT$320 million (US$9.85 million).
