King Yuan Electronics (KYEC), which provides wafer probe and final test services for chips such as LCD driver ICs, CMOS image sensors, MEMS, NFC and other mobile chip solutions, has reported consolidated revenues for July 2015 grew 2.7% on month and 0.1% on year to NT$1.5 billion (US$47.4 million).
