HTC plans to sell Shanghai plant, says report

HTC plans to sell its plant in Shanghai to China-based companies and is likely to initiate a second round of layoffs before year-end 2015 after announcing a restructuring plan recently in which the company said it will slash its workforce by 15%, according to Hong Kong-based Next Magazine.
