International vendors to launch QD LCD TVs in 2015, say Taiwan makers

International LCD TV vendors, including Samsung Electronics, LG Electronics, Sony and China-based TCL and Hisense, are expected to launch quantum dot (QD) models for market differentiation in 2015, according to Taiwan-based supply chain makers.
