LTPS, oxide handset panel penetration rate in China reaches 25%

As high-end smartphone shipments from China vendors are continuing to grow in the China market, the penetration rate for LTPS and oxide panels in China has grown to 25.8%. Local panel makers, however, are currently only able to supply 6% of demand, according to China-based research firm CINNOResearch.
