China November mobile phone user base grows to 1.281 billion, says MIIT

There were 1.281 billion subscribers of mobile communication services in China as of the end of November 2014, a total that has grown by 0.34% on month and by 4.72% on year, with 481.03 million (37.55%) of them being 3G users and 869.73 million (67.89%) were mobile Internet-access users, according to statistics published by China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT).
