China Mobile aims at 250 million TD-LTE users by end of 2015, says chairman

China Mobile expects the number of its TD-LTE subscribers to reach 80 million by the end of 2014, far exceeding the original target of 50 million, and th enumber will reach 250 million by the end of 2015, according to company chairman Xi Guohua.
