TV panel shipments to grow 2.7% in 2014

Spurred by recovering growth in North America and Europe and rising demand in emerging economies, flat-screen TV panel shipments are expected to grow 2.7% in 2014 from 217 million units in 2013 followed by 3.5% on-year growth in 2015, according to market observers.
