China September mobile phone users grow to 1.273 billion, says MIIT

There were 1.273 billion subscribers of mobile communication services in China as of September 2014, growing 0.44% on month and 5.47% on year, with 482.43 million (37.91%) of them being 3G users and 871.27 million (68.46%) being mobile Internet-access users, according to China's Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT).
