Hermes Microvision posts January-September net EPS of NT$25.13

E-beam inspection solution provider Hermes Microvision (HMI) has reported net profits of NT$598 million (US$19.66 million) for the third quarter of 2014, decreasing 0.71% from the previous quarter.
