NMT process gaining popularity in smartphone industry

With Samsung Electronics starting to adopt the nano molding technology (NMT) for its smartphone chassis in 2014, while other Japan- and China-based vendors are also onboard, chassis makers including Catcher Technology, Chenming Mold and Coxon, which are able to produce related products, are expected to enjoy shipment growth in 2014, according to sources from the upstream supply chain.
