UMC to post single-digit revenue growth in 3Q14

United Microelectronics Corporation (UMC) is expected to post a sequential single-digit revenue growth in the third quarter of 2014, propelled by 28nm orders from smartphone solution vendor MediaTek, according to industry sources.
