The challenges: Digitimes Research director Joanne Chien on the changing Taiwan role in the global supply chain

Historically, Computex has played a key role in the global IT ecosystem, complementing other tradeshows that appear in different markets at different times of the year and highlighting the role of Taiwan as the hub of the global it supply chain. However, the IT market is in a state of transition and that means Taiwan and Computex are in a state of transition as well. In a sit-down just before Computex, Digitimes Research director Joanne Chien explained how the Taiwan supply chain is evolving.
