Spot DDR3 4Gb chips likely to hit new high soon, says paper

Spot prices of mainstream DDR3 4Gb chips are likely to hit as high as US$4.60 soon after rising nearly 20% sequentially in the second quarter of 2014, according to a Chinese-language Economic Daily News (EDN) report.
