Taiwan attracts foreign direct investment of over US$1.5 billion in January-May, says MOEA

Taiwan's Ministry of Economic Affairs (MOEA) approved 1,360 foreign direct investment projects (except from China) with a total value of US$1.503 billion in January-May 2014, respectively increasing 11.48% and decreasing 17.99% on year, according to MOEA statistics released on June 20.
