Lenovo to complete IBM server business acquisition by November; to see 10% of revenues contributed by enterprise business

IBM's server business unit will start transitioning to Lenovo in July and the process is estimated to be completed by November. The acquisition is expected to boost Lenovo enterprise business' annual revenues to US$5 billion, accounting for 10% of Lenovo's total revenues, in one year, according to sources from the upstream supply chain citing Lenovo CEO Yang Yuanqing's estimate revealed at a company supply chain conference.
