Wistron to invest in Malaysia-based Formosa Prosonic Industries

Wistron has announced plans to make a strategic investment of up to NT$560 million (US$18.5 million) in Formosa Prosonic Industries Berhad (FPI), a Malaysia-based maker of high-end home theater sound systems and speakers, for a stake ratio of about 28%.
